Billing & Add-ons

If you want a custom set of features from among all that Factoreal has to offer, you can do that in the Billing section. To set that up, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Accounts & Users.
  3. Click Accounts & Billing.
  4. Click Billing.
  5. To contact our sales team regarding plan upgrades, click Contact Sales.
  6. For configuring more add-ons, click More Add-Ons.
  7. In this window, you can configure your choice set of add-ons.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Review your selection.
  10. Enter payment information.

Once you complete the payment and get the confirmation, you will have access to the feature upgrades from the respective sections.
