How to Add New Users to Your Account

To add new users to your Factoreal account, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Settings icon (bottom-left).
  2. Click Accounts & Users.
  3. Click Roles & Users.
  4. Click Create User.
  5. Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the user you wish to add and define the user role.
  6. Click Create Account. Once you click Create Account, the user will receive a verification email.

Once the user verifies the email, he/ she would be able to access the Factoreal account and co-work with you.
